Discover the art of modern calligraphy with our beginners workshop. This hands-on class will provide you with the tools and techniques to start creating beautiful lettering that will elevate any project, from invitations to home decor.
Led by our experienced calligrapher Rebecca Woodhall from Epiphany Lettering, you’ll learn the basics of modern calligraphy, including how to hold and use a flexible pointed nib and ink, form letters, and connect them to create words and phrases.
Our small class size ensures individual attention, so you’ll receive personalised feedback and guidance as you practice and refine your skills.
No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided. The workshop costs just £45 per person, making it an affordable way to learn a new skill and meet other creatives. Come join us and discover the joy of modern calligraphy!
You don’t need to bring anything but yourself. Refreshments will be provided and the workshop will last for 2.5 hours. Your ticket includes a modern calligraphy kit to take home with you to continue your practice, this includes:
