This Historic Half Term, we invited visitors to come and learn more about our collection of carved slates and have the opportunity to decorate some slates themselves. Children were also given the chance to experiment with drawing on our traditional school slates and on our wall chalkboards. There was even a special a dragon hunt for the youngsters.
